Dr. Avik Bhattacharyya is an accomplished Interventional Radiologist with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as the Head of the Department of Interventional Radiology at BM Birla Heart Research Centre, Kolkata. He is skilled in a wide range of image-guided and minimally invasive procedures including angioplasty, embolization, tumor ablation, and venous interventions. Dr. Bhattacharyya’s expertise also spans RF and laser therapy for varicose veins, and he has significantly contributed to both clinical advancements and academic research in radiology.
