About Dr Maitreyee Bhattacharyya

Dr. Maitreyee Bhattacharyya is a consultant in Clinical Haematology at Manipal Hospitals, Mukundapur, Kolkata, with over 25 years of experience. She is the first DM Haematologist from Eastern India and initiated the first Bone Marrow Transplant in a government hospital. Her professional work includes patient care, teaching, and research. She is involved in national advisory responsibilities and postgraduate academic mentorship in haematology.
