He has undergone extensive higher surgical training in England and completed a prestigious fellowship in joint reconstruction under renowned surgeon Dr. C. S. Ranawat. Dr. Shahane has served in key academic positions including Professor of Orthopaedics at Cooper Hospital and has vast clinical expertise in complex hip, knee, pelvis, and acetabular surgeries.
