Dr. Utpal Chaudhuri is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Haematology at Manipal Hospitals, Mukundapur, Kolkata, with 38 years of experience in the field. He is involved in the diagnosis and treatment of haematological cancers, including leukaemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma, as well as the management of thalassemia. He played a pivotal role in establishing the Institute of Haematology and Transfusion Medicine at Medical College, Kolkata, and contributed to postgraduate education and research in haematology.
