Dr. Das is actively involved in postgraduate teaching and clinical training, regularly mentoring DNB Anesthesiology students and conducting hands-on training programs for nursing and critical care staff. She plays a key role in upgrading critical care protocols, ventilation strategies, and mechanical cardiac support systems. With extensive CME participation, she remains committed to integrating the latest evidence-based advancements into cardiac anesthesia and critical care practice.
