He has conducted over 100 laser workshops across India and Southeast Asia, introducing and establishing Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) in India. A respected leader in the urology field, he has served as President of the North Zone Chapter of the Urological Society of India and contributed significantly to education and research.
