She played a leading role in launching New-born Thyroid Screening in Delhi’s private hospitals in 1999 and later in Himachal Pradesh. Trained at AIIMS and active since the mid-80s, she is a driving force behind national and international initiatives in pediatric diabetes and endocrine health, blending clinical leadership with advocacy and academic contributions.
