About Dr Ankur Kumar Jindal

Dr. Ankur Kumar Jindal is among India’s first DM super specialists in Pediatric Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology. He completed his MBBS from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, MD from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, and DM from PGIMER, Chandigarh.

Before joining Manipal Hospitals, Old Airport Road, Bengaluru, he served over six years as Senior Consultant in the Allergy Immunology Unit at PGIMER, Chandigarh. His expertise includes allergic, immunological, and paediatric rheumatological disorders such as angioedema, urticaria, Kawasaki disease, and immunodeficiency diseases.

He has over 215 publications in peer-reviewed journals and has received several national and international awards. Dr. Jindal also played a key role in establishing internationally recognised Centres of Excellence in Immunology and Rheumatology at PGIMER, Chandigarh.
