He has trained internationally at prestigious centres in Vienna, Toronto, and Ireland, bringing global expertise to his practice. Dr. Raina has served as the honoured Eye Surgeon to the Vice President of India since 2007. Known for his precision in cataract, glaucoma, and paediatric eye surgeries, he has worked across major hospitals in India and abroad.
