Dr. (Maj. Gen.) Avtar Singh Bath is a distinguished Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon with over three decades of surgical excellence in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. A former Professor and HOD of Plastic Surgery at Army Hospital (R&R), Delhi Cantt, he has successfully treated patients from India and abroad. He has authored over 30 scientific publications in national and international journals and served as President of the Association of Plastic Surgeons of India (Delhi). His approach combines surgical precision with a compassionate, patient-focused philosophy.
