Dr. Brig. Nikhiles Raychaudhury is a highly respected nephrologist with over 32 years of clinical expertise in managing complex renal conditions. Armed with an MBBS, MD in Medicine, and DM in Nephrology, he has been a pioneer in dialysis modernization and kidney transplantation across leading military and civilian hospitals. His illustrious career includes serving as a Senior Executive Officer in the Army Medical Corps, where he established and upgraded several renal transplant and dialysis centers nationwide. At Manipal Hospitals, Kolkata, he continues to provide advanced kidney care, specializing in transplantation, dialysis, and critical nephrology services. • Established a dedicated dialysis facility for ex-servicemen at BH Delhi Cantt, equipped with state-of-the-art hemodialysis machines and RO systems.
• Founded and modernised the renal transplant centre and dialysis facilities at Command Hospital, Lucknow.

• Headed the Nephrology Department and Renal Transplant Centre at St. Stephen’s Hospital, Delhi.
