He specialises in advanced therapeutic endoscopy, hepatology, ERCP, EUS, and minimally invasive endoscopic weight-loss procedures. Dr. Shetti is recognised as the first doctor in Karnataka to perform Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG) and has received advanced international training in endoscopy from Australia.
