He completed his MBBS from Medical College, Kolkata, followed by MS and DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He further specialised by completing a Post-doctoral Fellowship in Gynaecological Oncology at CMC Vellore and an MCh in Gynaecological Oncology from AIIMS Rishikesh. He is proficient in a wide range of diagnostic, outpatient, and surgical procedures in gynaecological oncology. He has also contributed to academic and professional activities.
