Dr. Satish Chandra Chhabra is one of India’s most respected nephrologists, credited with establishing the first Dialysis Unit in East Delhi in 1993. A pioneer in the development of nephrology services in the region, he joined Max Hospital, Patparganj in 2005, where he founded the Department of Nephrology and initiated renal transplant services in 2010. With over four decades of experience, Dr. Chhabra is known for his commitment to advancing renal healthcare, clinical teaching, and patient-centered kidney care.
