Dr Shomik Sarkar

Dr. Shomik Sarkar is a consultant orthopaedic and joint replacement surgeon at Manipal Hospitals, Dhakuria, Kolkata, with extensive training and qualifications in orthopaedics. He completed MBBS, followed by postgraduate orthopaedic training and a DNB (Orthopaedics), and is a member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences (MNAMS). His practice covers a comprehensive range of musculoskeletal care including joint preservation, arthroplasty, arthroscopy, sports injuries, trauma, and deformity management. Dr. Sarkar also serves as an assistant professor, contributing to clinical research and training future orthopaedic specialists.
