Dr. Sumit Talwar is an experienced Bariatric and General Surgeon with over 30 years of experience, including more than 26 years as a specialist bariatric surgeon. He specializes in minimally invasive gastrointestinal surgery, advanced laparoscopic, robotic, and bariatric procedures, including sleeve gastrectomy and laparoscopic gastric bypass. Dr. Talwar pioneered the development of bariatric and metabolic surgery in Delhi NCR and introduced cost-effective Single Incision Laparoscopic (Scarless) Surgery techniques. He also has extensive expertise in gastrointestinal cancer surgery, hernia repair, thoracoscopic surgery, and other complex laparoscopic procedures.
