Dr Zhang Hong Yu is an internationally trained hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery specialist with advanced medical training from Germany and the United States. He completed postdoctoral fellowship training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, USA, and served as a visiting physician at the Liver Transplantation Center of West Coast Kaiser University Hospital. His expertise focuses on pancreatic tumors, neuroendocrine tumors, minimally invasive pancreatic surgery, and multidisciplinary cancer treatment strategies. He has published more than 10 SCI-indexed research articles and holds four medical patents.
