He previously served as Professor & Head of the Department of Medical Oncology at AIIMS, New Delhi. Dr. Sharma has presented papers at prestigious forums like the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO). With more than 350 research papers to his credit, he is recognized for advancing the understanding and treatment of gallbladder, gastrointestinal, and other cancers through innovative therapies and large-scale clinical studies.
