All nurses were took responsibility & gave a great care to the patient.Doctor Sathish, Dr. Sachin, Dr. Bharath, Dr. Abhay & Dr. Azeez all Neuro care, did the surgery to my spouse Mrs. Rajalakshmi and the explained pre- surgery all the phases of post surgery and the treatment & care was excellent. Everyday counselling on the health condition was given by any one of the doctors to the attender to keep us updated. Dr. Alpana critical care doctor kept us updating on everydays progress on her health condition & what typ of medication being given for what cause.Head nurse Ms.Madhushree took special care and kept us informing on the progress of my wife's health & about the medication. Critical care Neuro ICU Nurses were very good & took responsibility to attend the patient needs. I am very much thankful to whole Neuro care team.

Very clean, highly organised, professional yet very caring staff. I met Dr. Harsha Gautham for my occasional chest pain. Upon examination, he suggested only an ECG and it was done for a sum of 530 Rs. in 5 min. Later, Dr. Gautham opinioned that my heart is ok, but i should continue with blood thinner as my age is above 65 and start with TRG lowering tablet.My family felt so relieved and the confidence, sweetness, professionalism of Dr. H Gautham is extraordinary 👍👍👍

I underwent two major surgeries for colorectal cancer.Earlier I underwent 8 sittings of chemo and 24 exposure to radiation therapy.I found the radiology department headed by Dr.B.K.M.Reddy,and ably assisted by Dr.Priya Sinha,were very compassionate,friendly and took pains to explain the entire procedure. The entire department of Radiology is run like a well oiled machine.The competence of Dr.Bhat cannot be questioned as he is perhaps one of the best surgical gastro enterologist but what is outstanding is his interaction with the patient and the caregivers.He is extremely gentle, polite and specific.His overall bearing inspires confidence in both patient and care givers.Overall it was a 5 star experience

Namaste !My Dad got discharged from Apollo Bannerghatta road on 19th July'24 late evening after undergoing 3 bypass heart Surgery with MICS (it was a better option compared to Open heart surgery). (admitted on 16th July'24). He is fine yr yy & recovering with some tablets & light exercises as adviced. The recovery seems fast with great care & advices from Apollo hospital, a very nice service.Also Apollo service calls up & checks for post surgery wellness, recovering status & medicines if any queries etc.As understood from others' experience about other hospitals, comparatively & sometimes pricing and the hospitalised stay after any surgery or service is short & adequate that reduces final billing cost, it means no unnecessary billing or overstay.Also Thanks a lot for having one of the best Team in the cardiology - Dr. Sathyaki Nambala, Dr. Girish Navasundi, Dr. Vinu, Dr. Venkatesh, Dr. Kiran, Dr. Harsha, Aishwarya Madam, Jyothi Madam and others who have coordinated & managed well in the course with good support.Dr. Girish Navasundi the Cardiologist was very very patient in listening, analysing & explaining us in detail before & after Angiography. Our queries were all answered clearing the doubts & he gave good explanation & knowledge on the Heart attack related subject.Dr. Venkatesh, Dr. Kiran, Dr. Harsha has been so Nice interacting with us, keeping visiting the patient with a great smiling face always with answering to our small queries & giving confidence support. This motivates & charges the patients during low times & their visits were a booster during the stay.Dr. Sathyaki the Cardiac surgeon is a popular & a good pillar for the Cardiac team I feel. He is very busy in his services without showing tiredness even on such long operations and seldom we could meet him. We had very less interaction with him and his advice on the surgery type & suggestions after the Angiography was so strong enough that we got little knowledge and made us ease on taking decisions confidently. Also Dr. Girish's support was very strong in making us take right decisions after his superb & honest analysis. Not to forget that we had got the reference to Apollo for meeting both these above mentioned Doctors through Dr. Ravi the Cardiologist from Bagalkote  one of the colleague of our relative Dr. Bhaskar (Psychiatrist), such a great help from them indeed.Dr. Vinu sir was less interacted and was highly helpful with a really kind heart that he supported in the best possible way during my odd times during financial clearances. Also he helped us to take decisions well after he answered patiently to us on the queries.
All those staff including Wheel chair & Nursing care including the house keeping were very kind hearted & took great care to my Dad before & after Surgery. The improvement needed is to serve the wheel chair faster to the patients to avoid waiting bit long times.Not to forget there is a Feedback team who used to keep coming to us to check if things are going right, anything is to be improved or we need any support etc. They were very patient to listen to our feedback and are consistently trying to improve the gaps or any negatives at Apollo hospital and that is a very good support team there between Patients & Staff.Regarding the parking, Valet parking service is nice. But the charges for parking to be waived off for the patients taking service at hospital.Overall a nice experience. Thanks a ton !

We had a good experience at Apollo Bannergatta. I underwent a minor surgery here under Dr Narasimhaiah and his team. He is an amazing doctor who has conquered peaks in what he does. You are safe in the hands of him and his team consisting of Dr. Ganesh Kumar and Dr. Mamtha.The admission and insurance process was smooth. We are very satisfied with the nursing team. They took good care of me overall. Kudos to the team of sister Anumol, consisting of sister Sampa and sister Sherin, among others. Unlike what we have experienced in other hospitals, the nurses here are not indifferent and seem genuinely interested in their work and provide care. Special mention to the nursing team at post-op ward also. They helped in transitioning from OT in a smooth manner. The housekeeping team also was prompt in their service, especially Ms. Devika was very helpful with everything.

Undoubtedly the best hospital in Bangalore in terms of treatment and service.Most of the  Doctors are very experienced and expert in their field.The best thing is they really care for you. Only thing I found here is staff nurses are not up to the mark. Sometimes the attendant needs to chase for them. Otherwise superb treatment, best in service and comparatively cheaper than other hospitals.

This time went for wife’s surgery and experience was good - Dr Anil Kamath , Dr kiran and their team really did an excellent job. Nursing staff (headed by Manjula and sister Dona) and housekeeping (Suma) really took good care of us- overall it was nice experience overall- 1 star less is for parking and lift which I am sure they would be working on it
