Had to admit my father due swelling in his left hand. Found that he was to undergo surgery under the guidance of Dr S Vijayaraghavan and the wonderful Dr Kumaresan Plastic Surgen in Apollo OMR Perugudi. While being admitted came across very kind personalities who ensured a close to home environment. From food and beverage Mr Mohandas , Mr Jayakumar (JK) , Pintu Yadhav  to housekeeping Mrs Kalpana, Mr Anbu and team . Seeing them and experiencing their daily routine gave me a lot of hope in the hospitality service .

I was admitted(terma ward-1105) for neurosurgery(Lumber spine L4-L5) under Dr.Anil pande(neurosurgeon) sir.He was more support and more helpful for all time in my treatment  including medical, covid and financial of insurance .That ward all staff members good  cared during my treatment(Staff nurse sisters of terma ward-Valli,Kanchana,Leema rose,Muthubala,Jeyalakshmi,Esaivani,Abitha,Bency,Jothi.Transport department- Kasthuri).Now i am Fully cured . My heartfelt gratitude to Gynaecologist Dr. Janani Iyer for her patience and dedication to complete my laproscopic hysterectomy . Though my huge uterus and fibroids size were a big challenge, doctor's perseverance made it successful . Because of which, my post recovery is good and returned back to normalcy earlier. Thanks to insurance person Mr. Venkatesh for processing insurance faster which helped us to get discharge happily and peacefully..Nurses were too good, caring and sincere.Hospital stay was more comfortable .I am extremely happy to take a good decision for undergoing my surgery in Apollo. The hospital maintenance was world-class, and staff assistance was awesome.

The hospital nurses were so dedicated, especially I wish to mention labour ward, nurses, NICU nurses and third floor nurses team. They were available on all the time and took care of mother and baby very well.

Supporting staff at the hospital were so polite and helpful. Mr Moorthy from Billing team, mr Vijayakumar who helps to get the birth certificate within two days, mr Mohan from housekeeping team should be mention specially.

Had a good experience in the surgical procedure done by Dr Rajsri( Gynecologist) . The nursing, recovery room staffs and hk staffs were courteous and kind during my hospital period. The duty doctors were equally cared and concerned about me during the observation.

The emergency care staff took extremely good care of my well being,  and my cardiologist  (Dr . Shanmugasundaram) did a good job of treating my condition. I’m doing a lot better thanks to Apollos healthcare staff and I’m extremely grateful for them! (World’s best emergency service).
